Reign V3 HT Skate Liners. The V3 HT (High Top) has a raised achilles dip to better fit skates higher cut cuffs. It also has a modest increase in ankle and tongue padding from previous versions. This allows them to be more supportive and last even longer. If you liked the V3, you ll love the V3 HT.
Otherwise, just a few other cosmetic changes were made to rid of excess material and clean things up for a more appealing look. Like previous models, the HT includes a neoprene toe cap for a personalized, form fitting tongue, rubber heel patch to minimize heel lift, lycra inner lining, tri-lacing and handy carry strap.
